Call Manager - How does it work?

Your calls will be directed to your Call Management System from where you can route calls to any UK landline number of your choice without affecting your current installation or equipment.

Your calls are capable of being transferred to a new landline number instantly. This enables you to automatically route calls to different numbers according to call volume. Also, if your number has to change due to moving, changing carriers or Ofcom number changes, you can change your call routing to new numbers completely under your control.

Your existing telephone services will remain unaffected. To your current and prospective customers, nothing has changed.
